CHAPTER 08

Workspace · account

What this chapter covers

A workspace is where your connected Instagram accounts, members, plan, and billing live. Manage name/image changes, member invites and permissions, adding or reconnecting accounts, plan and credits, and coupon/referral codes — all in tabs on one page.

8.1Opening workspace settings

Go to Workspace settings from the sidebar to see a screen split into tabs. Here's what each tab manages and who can see it, at a glance.

TabWhat it managesWho can see it
GeneralPlan summary · name/image · connected Instagram accountsEveryone
MembersInvite team members · manage rolesEveryone
CreditsRemaining credits · usage history · top-upEveryone
BillingPlan · card · receipts · cancel subscriptionOwner and admins only
CouponRegister and use couponsEveryone (applying it requires owner/admin)

Only the owner and admins can open the Billing tab. Members request billing changes from the owner when needed.

8.2General

Workspace General tab
Workspace General tab
  • The card at the top shows your plan, number of connected Instagram accounts, member count, and total credits at a glance.
  • You can change the workspace name and image (name up to 15 characters; image up to 2MB, JPG/PNG/WEBP).
  • Manage connected Instagram accounts here: add an account, disconnect one, or reconnect an account that's lost its connection (shown in red).

To connect more Instagram accounts, click 'Add account' within your plan's limit. The free plan allows up to 1, and more open up on the Plus plan. Reconnecting a disconnected account is always available regardless of your limit.

8.3Members

Invite teammates and manage roles from the Members tab. Use 'Invite' on the right to invite up to 10 people at once by email, and approve or decline join requests from the 'Review' link on the banner at the top.
