Posts
What this chapter covers
The 'Posts' menu is where you pick a post and then read and respond to its comments in one screen, without switching over to the Instagram app. The post list is on the left, comments in the center, and a post preview on the right.
What's the difference between 'Posts' and 'Comment'? 'Posts' shows one post's comments alongside that post, while the Comment menu merges every post's comments into a single chronological feed. Use this screen when managing post by post, and the Comment menu when scanning everything at once. (The comment tools are the same in both places.)
4.1Before you start
- Instagram integration must be complete.
- Posts show up starting from those collected after you connected.
4.2Screen layout

Pick a post (left)
Choose a post from the list on the left. Narrow it down with caption search and a period filter (14 days · 30 days · this month · last month). Each post shows its likes, comments, saves, and view counts.
Comment filters
Above the comment list in the center, choose which comments to view. There are two ways: manually with the 'Comment filter,' or automatically with 'AI comment analysis.'
Use the filter above the list to view only the comments you want.
- All comments · No reply yet · Negative · Inquiry · Hidden

Turn on the 'AI comment analysis' switch in the top right, and conma automatically classifies incoming comments as negative or an inquiry. From the moment you flip the switch, each comment gets a badge, so you can gather the urgent ones first.

Here's how to put classified comments to good use.
- Inquiry comments: missing a reply can cost you the customer. Handle inquiries first, and save frequently asked questions as a 'saved reply' or connect them to 'Auto response' so you don't have to answer the same thing every time.
- Negative comments: respond quickly to keep dissatisfaction from spreading. Hide them if needed to control visibility, and treat repeated complaints as a signal to improve your content or service.
AI classification applies only to comments collected after connecting. If a classification seems off, you can set or clear negative/inquiry manually from each comment's more (⋮) menu.
Responding to comments one by one
You can reply, translate, or open more options for each comment.
Click 'Reply' to open an input box right under that comment, with the author's username auto-filled. Pull in a saved reply or write your own, then send.

Click 'Translate' next to a foreign-language comment to translate it into your language. Click again to switch back to the original. This is a Plus plan feature — the free plan shows an upgrade prompt.

The more (⋮) menu lets you set or clear negative/inquiry status, and hide or delete a comment.

Handling multiple comments at once
Check the boxes next to multiple comments to bring up a bulk action bar at the bottom. Hide, mark as negative/inquiry, or send a bulk reply to all the selected comments at once. (Bulk actions are a Plus plan feature.)

Viewing performance and the original post (right)
The preview on the right shows the post's image along with its likes, comments, saves, and view counts. The icons at the top let you do three things.
- Save post: click the download icon to save the original image or video to your device — handy for reusing material or keeping a backup.
- Post insight: click the insight icon to jump straight to this post's detailed insight, where you can check reach, impressions, and engagement all on one screen.
- Instagram: click the Instagram icon to go straight to the post on Instagram — handy for checking or sharing directly in the app.
