What's the difference between the Free and Plus plans?

The Free plan allows 1 Instagram account, 1 collaborator, and lets you view/analyze up to 3 posts from the last 30 days. Credits are not provided, and comment extraction/bulk actions are available from the Plus plan.

The Plus plan, during the early-bird period, allows 3 Instagram accounts, 3 collaborators, data access as far back as Meta provides, comment extraction with event filters, AI negative comment filtering, insight viewing/export for up to 90 days, and more. 2,500 credits are provided monthly, and additional credit packs can also be purchased.

When you first sign up, you can try all Plus features (AI negative comment filter, Auto DM, insights, comment extraction, etc.) free for 14 days. During the trial, IG account / collaborator limits stay at 1 / 1, and the trial is limited to one per workspace or Instagram Business account.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Accepted Answer

During the 2-week trial you can use all Plus features, but the IG / member limits stay at 1 / 1 — to raise the limits you need to convert to Plus. Early bird limits (3 IG accounts / 3 members) apply from the moment of payment.

After the trial ends, if you want to keep using Plus, you can subscribe directly from the Billing tab. No additional charges apply unless you subscribe. The trial is one-time per workspace or Instagram Business account, so re-trial on the same workspace or IG is not available — in that case only direct payment via the Plus upgrade modal is possible.

How long does the early-bird pricing last?

Accepted Answer

The early-bird price of ₩5,900/month applies from May 7, 2026 to July 31, 2026. After the early-bird period, it automatically converts to the regular price of ₩12,900/month — note that this is not a price locked in at signup. Plus IG account/member limits will also be adjusted from 3/3 to 1/1 when the early-bird period ends. We'll notify you 30 days in advance via email and in-app notifications before any pricing or limit changes take effect.

Can I cancel or get a refund after subscribing to Plus?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your subscription anytime from billing settings. After canceling, the status changes to 'Cancellation scheduled' and you can keep using Plus features until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it automatically converts to the Free plan. If you change your mind, you can resume anytime before expiry via [Resume Subscription].

The Plus monthly subscription fee is non-refundable per our terms. Additional credit packs you purchase are refundable only within 7 days of purchase if unused — send refund requests to help@digitalog.ai with your account info and payment history, and we'll review and follow up.

Do credits roll over? What's the validity period?

Accepted Answer

Plus base credits (2,500 credits/month) do not roll over and are renewed each month at the renewal date. Credit packs you purchase additionally (500/1,000/2,000 credits) are valid for 1 year from the purchase date. Trial credits (500 credits) expire when the trial ends.

Is my card information stored securely?

Accepted Answer

Payments are processed by Toss Payments and comply with PCI-DSS (international payment security standard). Conma does not directly store sensitive information such as full card numbers, expiration dates, or CVC — only the billing key and a masked portion of the card number required for payment processing are encrypted and stored.
