How do Free, Plus and Pro differ?

On Free you connect 1 Instagram account and work with 1 member, and you can open and analyse up to 3 posts from the last 30 days. We give you 100 credits once, when you first create a workspace, and they last 1 year from that day. If you have already used the free trial, these credits are not granted. You can build up to 2 auto DMs and auto replies, with 1 auto reply running at a time, and run 1 event draw each month. In the DM inbox you can read what comes in; replying starts with Plus.

Plus gives you 2 Instagram accounts and 1 member. You can see every inquiry and negative comment and answer or hide them one by one, and run event draws and re-draws without a limit. Draw conditions include a minimum comment length, excluding replies and first-come selection, and winner DMs cover up to 5 events a month. In the DM inbox you can reply and read past conversations, and AI translation, account reports and up to 90 days of insights are included. You can keep unlimited auto replies running per Instagram account, and you get 1,500 credits a month with credit packs available on top.

Pro starts with 3 connected accounts — 1 extra account is $8 a month, up to 30 — and up to 30 people working together. The features people need when they run events often live here. You can pick winners in a set order, by likes or by friend mentions, and filter entries by comment language or by excluding emoji-only replies. Every draw condition is available, including friend mentions, story tags and excluding past winners, which removes anyone who already won an earlier event. Winner lists and Excel export, winner forms and unlimited winner DMs are included, and you can keep any number of auto replies running.

Pro also brings bulk comment replies, search and filters in the DM inbox, deep report analysis with PDF export, period comparison and report export, 1 year of insights with export, performance export for auto DMs, and public links so people can see results without a Conma account. You get 4,500 credits a month.

Can I try it for free first?

If this is your workspace's first time with Conma, you can try every Pro feature free for 2 weeks.

Start the trial from the upgrade button in the sidebar or from the billing banner. No card is needed, and Pro opens right away for 2 weeks. It comes with 1,500 trial credits, and running out of them does not cut the 2 weeks short. During the trial, Instagram accounts and members stay at Free levels — 1 account and 1 member.

A trial is offered once per workspace or Instagram business account. If you have used one before, it will not be offered again, and workspaces already on Plus are not eligible.

On the last day of the trial, your workspace returns to Free automatically and nothing is charged. Because you start without a card, there is nothing to cancel, and stopping partway costs you nothing.

What happens when the free trial ends?

On the last day of the trial, your workspace returns to Free automatically and nothing is charged. You get every Pro feature for the 2-week trial, then go back to Free.

To keep going, choose Plus or Pro yourself on the billing screen. When the trial ends we show you how, in a dialog and in a banner at the top of the screen.

Since the trial starts without a card, there is nothing to cancel — no automatic payment, no extra charge. A trial is offered once per workspace or Instagram business account, so the same workspace or the same Instagram account cannot start another one. In that case, subscribe directly on the billing screen.

How much does it cost?

Free costs nothing, Plus is $11 a month and Pro is $30 a month.

Pro includes 1 seat. If someone is working with you, add a seat. Up to 30 people in total. Each seat is $5 a month.

Pro starts with 3 connected accounts, and you can add more for $8 each per month, up to 30. Instagram accounts and Facebook pages count together.

Tax is included in the prices shown.

How do cancellation, refunds and plan changes work?

[Cancelling]
You can cancel any time in billing settings. Your subscription moves to a scheduled-cancel state, paid features stay available until the end of the current billing period, and your workspace switches to Free that day. Change your mind and you can resume any time before the period ends. On Free the monthly credits go away, but credit packs you bought stay usable for 1 year.

[Moving from Pro to Plus]
It takes effect from your next payment date; until then Pro stays as it is. Reducing Pro seats also takes effect from the next payment date, and amounts already paid are not refunded.

[Refunds]
Monthly subscription fees for both Plus and Pro are non-refundable under our terms. Instead, cancelling still leaves everything available until the end of the current period. Credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if not a single credit has been used. To request one, email help@digitalog.ai with your account details, the payment record and the reason, and we will take it from there.

Do credits roll over? What's the validity period?

Monthly credits (1,500 on Plus, 4,500 on Pro) do not carry over; they are granted fresh on each renewal date. Trial credits do not carry over either and disappear when the trial ends.

The 100 credits on Free are given once, when you first create a workspace, and are not granted again each month. They last 1 year from that day. If you have used the free trial, you already received them as trial credits, so they are not granted separately.

Credit packs you buy stay usable for 1 year from the purchase date. Even if you change plans or your subscription ends, they stay for that 1 year and are waiting for you if you subscribe again.

Question 7

Is my card information stored securely?

Payments are handled by Toss Payments, which follows PCI-DSS, the international standard for payment security. Conma never stores sensitive details such as your full card number, expiry date or CVC — only the billing key needed for recurring payments and a masked card number, both encrypted.
