CHAPTER 05

Comment

What this chapter covers

Bring comments scattered across multiple posts into a single, chronological list and handle them there. AI picks out negative and inquiry comments, foreign-language comments get translated, and you can save frequently used replies as templates to respond quickly.

While the Posts menu shows 'one post's comments,' the Comment menu merges every post's comments into one place. You don't have to check each post individually for new comments — scan and reply to everything right here.

5.1Before you start

  • Instagram integration must be complete.
  • AI auto-classification applies only to comments collected after connecting.

5.2Reading the screen

Comments stack up chronologically, and each one shows a thumbnail of the post it belongs to. Click the thumbnail to jump to that post's screen.

See urgent comments first with AI classification

Turn on the 'AI comment analysis' switch in the top right, and comments are classified automatically. Use the tabs at the top to filter them.

  • All comments · No reply yet (comments not yet answered) · Negative · Inquiry · Hidden

Handle inquiries you can't afford to miss, and negative comments that need a fast response, first — that way important things don't get buried under praise and general comments.

If AI classification gets it wrong, you can set or clear it manually from each comment's more (⋮) menu. Treat AI as an assistant that quickly surfaces urgent comments — we recommend making the final call yourself.

Translating foreign-language comments

A 'Translate' button appears next to foreign-language comments. Click it to translate into your language, displayed below, and the button changes to 'View original.' Click again to switch back. Detected/translated languages are Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese.

5.3Replying to comments

Here's how to reply to comments. Set up frequently used replies in advance, and you can pull them in with a single click — whether replying to one comment or many at once.

1 · Template
2 · Individual reply
3 · Bulk reply

Creating saved reply templates

Save recurring replies like "Thank you 😊" or "We sent you a DM" as saved replies, and pull them in with a single click.

  1. Enter the reply text (and optionally a title), then save.
  2. While writing, click the @username button to insert a name placeholder. It's automatically swapped for the commenter's name when the reply goes out (e.g., "Thanks @jimin 😊").
  3. Saved templates are shared by every workspace member — great for keeping a consistent reply tone across the team.

Sending an individual reply

Click 'Reply' on a comment to open an input box right below it, with the author's username auto-filled. Pick a saved reply or type your own, tweak it if needed, and send.

Replying to multiple comments at once (bulk reply)

If you have several similar comments, you can reply to them all at once instead of one by one.

  1. Select the comments you want to reply to. To see only unanswered ones, use the 'No reply yet' tab.
  2. In the 'Bulk reply' panel on the right (on mobile, the 'Bulk reply' button in the filter bar → drawer), choose how to reply — pick from 'Saved templates' or write your own text in the 'Type manually' tab. When typing manually, click the @username button to auto-insert each commenter's name.
  3. Preview how it'll look on the first comment, then send. You can send up to 100 at once.

Bulk replies go out one after another in sequence, not all at once. Check the 'Progress' tab to see how far it's gotten and whether anything was missed — especially worth checking when you've sent a large batch.

  • Each request shows progress as "X of Y completed."
  • When it's done, you'll see success and failure counts, and failed ones can be retried with 'Resend.'
  • Even if you close and reopen the window, an in-progress request keeps showing its status.
